old news...that was about April 2009. It was a test type of thing for a few weeks and apparently has been shelved.

- 2nd officer probably only took a statement from the other driver and made no other notes. You will probably get the statement from the other person, not the officers notes as nothing in them.

- sticker in the wrong place does not invalidate the plate

our court has a mandatory sign in sheet for defendants/paralegals/witnesses and officers. This helps speed our court up, not wasting time calling on persons on the docket who are no where to be found.

i have only seen a prosecutor accept a suggestion/plea to another offence where there is evidence for in the situation.

(ie: speeding to disobey sign, which is the PSL)
(ie: careless to fail to drive in a marked lane)
etc..

yes you can be arrested for 172 offences, but it is not a PON, but rather a summons.

The 3 Driving under suspensions would probably be be 3 seperate reasons you are suspended.
(ie demerit points, unpaid fines, court ordered suspension etc)

there is a decision that came on email today, that it is constitutional, but of course the papers won't publish that one.

i somehow used google maps and was able to get a drivers view of the intersection, in colour too boot.........on top of the zoom in/out grab the person icon and drag onto the street, gives you a person eyeview of the intersection...good stumble on for sure!!!

it shows the intersection, with arrow to turn left and arrow to turn right with word of ...

Im wondering what woulda went down if they DID stop me or if i had decided to smash into the toyota to avoid whatever was to my left. Who do you choose to hit? The cop on foot? no... the cruiser would probably be a bad idea, theres probably people standing around. But i can see bad coming out of puhing te guy to my right over too....

I was just wondering, How does it work if you dont attend court that day? Do I send someone to tell the prosecutor that I wasnt able to make it due to . . .. ?
Are they allowed to do this on the Day of court?
