Prosecutor files motion to change trial date, help
PROSECUTORS OFFICE just sent me a letter to changw trial date. i have to go to court for it.
is this legal?
the date of the motion to change trial is for december 1st
and my original trial date for speedin was december 8th
i only got the letter in the mail yesterday about this whole things
is this lega;
any advice or help would be great
