Re: Court Date Approaching- What options do I have?

G2 - good for max 5yrs.....those instances might be where it expires other than on a birthday (pending when the person actually passed the licence).....but in those times, most people are on the game and want to advance their licence and known the expiry. Once a G it is supposed to be readjusted to the birthday. After that they are all on the ...

You may have the GPS screen visible to you if you are not holding it (e.g., mounted somewhere). If possible, don't mount it on your windshield - it's rare, but you could get a "windshield obstructed" ticket.

I do not have much to do with this in our area, but reading it.... I interpret that a person "CAN park on the shoulder, except for indicated areas".Oobie wrote:I've read the link over and I understand it as it is okay to park on the shoulder of the 401 except in indicated areas. Suspension has "never happened" as a result of lower charge. When you are filling out an insurance app, you can state that your license has never been suspended.
Suspension has happened, if the person so chooses to plea to something else or even beat the offence so be it.
Might want to error on the side of caution and go to the MTO and have ...

Re: Need help for husband
Perhaps calling the court might help clear out the issue. If the license was suspended due to an additional fee that was not billed at the same charge, then the set fine is incorrect. There are precedents where the wrong fines have resulted in tickets being quashed.

Re: Appeal agianst the trial
obviously the JP thought the officer provided enough evidence for the conviction. You now need to convince the next level of court, how this JP errored in the law to grant an appeal.myticket wrote:Now can anyone help me if I can appeal based on the ground that the charge i was convicted did not prove.

might be b/c the "one guy" had priors.
