I follow and it's a maybe.
Try it this way:
17-yr old G2 driver in parents car gets a ticket, it could affect his parents insurance.

while I've read of the "slip effect", this is a bit of science that goes beyond me, and something I wouldn't feel confident arguing.
Best that you don't then. Although you have the perfect set-up for it.

The dollar amount is a message as to how serious the record companies see this. It's not one person doing it, it's the "what if everyone does it" thinking. Plus this is American so the amount is stupid high and will get changed later anyway.

Re: A new study suggests alcohol is more harmful than heroin!
I think you will find that alcohol rated that high due to access to it. Nothing else in this list other then tobacco is available at the corner store, not sure how alcohol is regulated in England. That and tobacco does not intoxicate. All the rest of those do intoxicate and can be highly addictive.....interesting.

Were you the only vehicle on the road....could the officer's radar reading come from a different car? This is what you'll have to prove....Blondchick wrote:oh ok.... i see what you mean.

Different rates are common. For speeding you actually get a "discount" rate for paying without going to court. Covers court costs and the such.

It pretty much as simple as placing your hand on them and declaring a "citizen's arrest". This isn't traffic court, you dont have to be that particular.

Re: Wrong speed limit
Overpass vs roadside = same result. Whether you are 5m higher than the target or 5m to the side of the target, there is no difference.
I would beg to differ. From the side of the road you would be more likely to maintain the target of the front plain of the car. From the overpass, your target might be the front licence plate, but your have now ...
