I guess you've all seen these ! So some questions 1> Do they flash ? when they take the picture or are the infra-red 2> IF they don't flash does that mean there not working ? 3> Do they have a "speed tolerance" so how much over the posted speed 4> Do tickets come pretty quickly in the post 5> Can they cover "both" sides of the road and in essence flash you in the face ? There's a 30 near my house, depending on my route I usually miss it, but have been absentminded and gone past around 40, but never been flashed. In the UK, they cant do front flash, though I think they were experimenting with a red flash cover for front facing. Thoughts

In June at 401 London and Wellington I got hit twice, speeding which I didn't realize I was doing and cell phone. The Officer made me open my purse and show him my phone. I was going to meet a Rep of my Company in Kitchener, he called I answered. WRONG! The Officer wasn't even nice. My record…

I received a ticket the other day that has my wrong name, wrong address and wrong set fine amount. Is the best thing to do default on it and hope it is quashed and if it isn't file for appeal as per London v. Young ?
Also for an incorrect offence or an offence "not known to law." as an example :
