Hey Guy's I lost my wallet and though I'm trying to track it down on a EARLY sunday morning I had to get into work, ontario offices don't open till Tommorow morning so a question ' 1) I'm not sure if I have a photo-copy of the license; if I get stopped, would I be able to use that; 2) If I report my wallet lost/stolen and get a crime number from the website would that help I'm guessing the answer is no, would the officer use any discretion? Also is it an offense (if I get a ticket), so would it count as a conviction? Just trying to think 2 steps ahead I'm having to jump through hoops, my whole life was in my wallet cards etc so trying to get them sorted out Checked with the bank and my account is all good. feel pretty *EDIT* at the moment, the shop I was in last yesterday doesnt open till 8 I'm so hoping they have it, the last place I remember using it cheers again

* NO you cant touch your phone
* Speeding is speeding
* Challenge every ticket
* Impaired driving, you should be locked up UNDER the jail
You need your licence to drive. An officer might show discretion but then again we've heard every excuse in the book. Just the luck of the draw which copper you might get. If you got a ticket it would be an offence and would count against your insurance. Simple answer is don't drive until you get a new one.

I was driving north on Bathurst and turned left onto a side street into a residential area before hitting the lights at Eglinton and Bathurst. I normally do this to avoid the big line up to turn left onto Eglinton.
On the 400 extension EB towards Barrie cops like to hide out under an over pass that is Ski Trails Rd. They tag people as the come over the crest of the hill and that is 900m from where this officer was standing.
I'm confused because I knew this, saw the cop, and checked my…

Today i got caught doing 115 in a 90 at Mayfield and 410 and what I have been reading is that this offence is 3 points. Seeing this is my first offence I'm unsure if the ticket is supposed to I lost 3 points or is that just automatic. Also should I go to fight it to drop the points and just pay the…
I was (recently) involved in a traffic accident where, due to icy road conditions, I slid into oncoming traffic while making a right turn, while they were coming towards me and stopping at a stop sign. This was a residential area and there's no way I was exceeding anything over 20KM/h on…
