Failure to obey Officer directing traffic when I was already parked

I parked legally on a residential street. An officer who was parked in the beer store parking lot on the cross street pulled out and parked behind me. He walked up to my vehicle while I was parked and tried to say I was blocking traffic, I was not. He tried to say I was parked illegally; I was not. He then said I needed a reason to park there; I did. I told him if he thought I was parked illegally he can write me a parking ticket. Instead he wrote me a ticket for disobeying Officer directing traffic
