Owen Sound major intersection controlled by traffic lights.Lots of construction on road prior to intersection removal stop sign erected.Stopped at the stop and then proceeded into intersection to make turn.Stopped by police and told the intersection had flashing red light and issued ticket.Very confusing with construction and have since learned numerous motorists got tickets.Took pictures of the intersection.Will meet with prosecutor and try to get it tossed,if not go to trial.Any suggestions to fight ticket and also what to say to prosecutor.
