Court Date 1+ year old

Speeding - laser

Went to initial court date and was not provided disclosure as requested.

Judge issued a new date - (14 months after date of charge).

Does the time frame now allow for me to have the charge dismissed?

Yup, file form 4F and your are arguing your 11b right to a speedy trial.
