Hi Everyone, I'm new and have a court trial coming up and was wondering if I could get some advice/help on what I should do?*chose to fight it* Firstly, this is my first ticket(s) since I've been driving for 11years now, I got 2 tickets at the same time. failure to stop at a stop sign & doing 80 in a 50km zone. I got my ticket early in the morning at 6am on a Monday on my way to work. *was in a bit of a rush woke up late, didn't have much sleep as 2year son wasn't feeling good all night* Just left my house on the first street..like the very first street and made a left at the stop sign*where I know I stopped..have a standard car* and started driving on another side street.*guess where I was caught doing 80 in a 50* then when I made next turn on main street I got pulled over and gave me the 2 tickets. Didn't see the cop anywhere or behind me until major intersection. Is there anything you guys advise or help out thanks
