First Post - 3 Small Tickets

Looking for advice. I am going for early resolution first but would like advice on what to do and say.


Tickets: Drive M/V no valid on plate.

FL. To have/surrender ins. card

Fail to surrender permit vehicle


I even had the insurance and permit in my trunk while getting parts to pass e test.

If you go to early resolution you can expect them to drop 2 out of the 3 charges in exchange for 1 guilty plea. You basically show that you have remedied the deficiencies. Some prosecutors might even withdraw all charges if they are willing to listen and your story is good enough but I wouldn't hold your breath.


Going straight to trial you may be offered a similar deal before trial plus you have the added possibility of reviewing the disclosure or the officer not showing up.
