G2 Bac Above 0%
Hey everyone,
After searching the internet for answers I found this great site.
Here is my situation. Over 3 years ago I was charged with I believe BAC over 0% With a G2 licence. I never had to go to court or anything like that. My licence was suspended for 3 days and I had $110 fine. I had a 3 year driving abstract done in july and it didn't show up on that. I currently have my full G. My question is do I have a criminal offence? Is this going to haunt me for the rest of my life? Is there anything I can do about it? and Will I be denied access to the US if I want to go there?

That is a provincial offence and will not be on your criminal record.

It should in no way impact employment, travel, etc.

Re: G2 Bac Above 0%
Thanks for the replies. Its starting to lift a weight I've been carrying around for a few years now. One thing thats bugging me now is if I remember right it was BAC above 0. I'm worried that it was a DUI. I'm guessing that a DUI would have been more than a $110 ticket and I would have went to court though.

DUI would be a bit more memerable especially when they put you in handcuffs.

Ynotp is correct, a DUI would have meant a ride to jail and a mandatory court appearance.
