How Long An Offense Stays On Your Abstract After Trail
Hi I was hoping that if you took a charge to trail that it would actually be on your abstract less because it would be removed 3 year from offense date. I think however this is no the case since I have gotten my abstract and have a ticket still on today.
Date 2008/05/10, offense date 2007/4/10. Still on today 2010/11/10
FYST!

Offences stay on your record for life.
You lose demerit points after 2 years from offence date.
