Re: annual inspection certificate
"end of the twelfth month after the month of inspection"
If the month of inspection is sometime in July 2010, the month after the month of Inspection is August 2010. Then expiring at the end of the 12th month = August 31st, 2011.

Re: annual inspection certificate
I am not aware of any mention of a grace period in the HTA or applicable O/Regs and I've never known anyone to give a grace period in enforcement.
The grace period is "built-into" the Act....
HTA OREG 611
sec 8 (5) An annual inspection sticker described in subsection (4) is valid until the end of the twelfth month after the month of inspection ...

The only thing I can see we have going for us is even on the original police report that was false the location and all details were still correct other then the act it self. So it wasn't like it was a full cover up. It wouldn't have been hard for them to track her down.

If a officer knows enough about vehicles and knows that the vehicle does come with a proper windshield and wipers, possibly a unsafe vehicle charge ??? as the vehicle no longer meets minimum vehicle standards as manufactured and plates can be removed and vehicle towed from the highway

If it was a 10:33 then why would they be staging at that spot?
In this case, sounds like the emergency vehicle is not directly behind you, I would stay put in the lane you are in.

200km/hr would not be accurate. Even with a pursuit rated front line marked cruiser, they barely get to a speed of that on a wide open flat area.

Of course, my insurance isn't in my car... I had to take it out to report my hit and run (someone hit me and left, I didn't see) and forgot to put it back in my car
I do not have any tickets, accidents , etc.
You just said your vehicle was involved in a collison. So you could possibly have a collision logged against your licence. Just FYI

just to clarify for you it is not a "calibration" section.
It is the speedometer comparison section, which is the correlation between the speedometer and the reading on the "patrol" area of the radar, which confirms the unit is working properly. Now is the unit malfunctioning at 50km/hr or did the officer error and perform the test at 60/hr ...

baseball - they can't change the result. Sure speed of pitches have lots of factors also, humidity, the 1st pitch and not warmed up, 110th pitch where running out of steam, 57th pitch where just didnt grip the ball just right or put the exact spin on the ball etc.. 80th pitch with all perfect technique etc
