Re: annual inspection certificate
"end of the twelfth month after the month of inspection"
If the month of inspection is sometime in July 2010, the month after the month of Inspection is August 2010. Then expiring at the end of the 12th month = August 31st, 2011.

Re: annual inspection certificate
I am not aware of any mention of a grace period in the HTA or applicable O/Regs and I've never known anyone to give a grace period in enforcement.
The grace period is "built-into" the Act....
HTA OREG 611
sec 8 (5) An annual inspection sticker described in subsection (4) is valid until the end of the twelfth month after the month of inspection ...

Re: annual inspection certificate
if they have that plaque they ae normally certified inspection garages. Simply ask when you pull in or give them a call.

side note, your sticker did not expire yesterday (JUL16,2011). Take a close look at the yellow sticker on the truck n trailer, if will have a year ...

Also, on the 11B application is says that I have to include the copies of the ticket. Don't they take the ticket when you request the trial?

Re: Failing to report, After reporting????
The only thing I can see we have going for us is even on the original police report that was false the location and all details were still correct other then the act it self. So it wasn't like it was a full cover up. It wouldn't have been hard for them to track her down.
surely if the police "had" to track her down, she would be charged ...

I find it weird/unusual about disclosure as usually a summons is different from a ticket, in that the complete brief (disclosure) was available on your first October court date.

Re: Will I get a ticket? - small wind deflectors
If a officer knows enough about vehicles and knows that the vehicle does come with a proper windshield and wipers, possibly a unsafe vehicle charge ??? as the vehicle no longer meets minimum vehicle standards as manufactured and plates can be removed and vehicle towed from the highway

Re: Emergency vehicles
My question was ""what is my best response?""
If it was a 10:33 then why would they be staging at that spot?
In this case, sounds like the emergency vehicle is not directly behind you, I would stay put in the lane you are in.
Calls just do not happen at a particular time of day/night. Often we stage or set up at a location for a variety of ...

Re: Emergency vehicles
200km/hr would not be accurate. Even with a pursuit rated front line marked cruiser, they barely get to a speed of that on a wide open flat area.
