Re: DMV "no currently validated permit"
When you renew your validation there are 2 stickers that need to be affixed. One on the plate and the other onto the back of the permit. The offence is for no currently validated permit, is for not having the current validation affixed to the back of the permit (aka ownership). Hence for those that photocopy their ownerships, they need to copy the ...

There was a lot of traffic on the highway that day. He could have easily confused another car for mine.
It is very easy to view vehicles speeding, picture an assembly line and all of a sudden a box on that assembly line just easily moves past the other boxes. It is easy to watch the one vehicle and communicate to ground units to stop the correct ...

Blue car = fail to yield to traffic on a thru highway
Red car = would consider distance travelled, such as drove over more than one turn arrow painted on area, then would consider - improper use of centre turn lane

Re: Receive notice of license suspension AT the CRC
You need to know the effective date of the suspension and not the issue date at the report in centre, unless you know for sure it is one and the same date.
Most if not all insurance companies always ask if you have fines and/or have been suspended, and other questions, any incorrect answer can have your insurance voided. Just a heads up

Your thread does not make sense.....your very first post has the notes of the officer from the back of the ticket....and your last post says you just picked up disclosure, the posts are a few months apart.
The notes are very easy to decipher....top one is the back of one of your tickets and refers you to the middle ticket. The middle ticket refers ...

That's funny, if someone was in error and scratched my car, I would want them charged, if there was an applicable charge.
This person could do this often and keep getting away with it, where enough offences the MTO can pull the licence

The charging document is what you got at roadside and should be accurate.
The notice of trial just advises of the court date.
You might want to double check your request letter to ensure you indicated the correct offence number on it.

call the court that deals with Provincial Offences Notice and ask them how much is outstanding for the fine, once that is paid you will have to go to MTO and pay a reinstatement fee with the MTO, somewhere in area of $150

no minimum distance for radar (easily obtain a reading in less than a second), radars are capable of obtaining readings from 2 or more vehicles, being within 75ft, most likely the truck in front is past the radar, therefore you are the solo vehicle

roadway is part of all highways, the area normally travelled by a vehicle. most prosecutors will ask for the speed to be amended up to the original speed, therefore you could face 4 points should that be the case, and pending whether your previous offences have points...just something else to be mindful of
