- 24hr licence suspension is normal for that scenario
- there is no "print out" of a BAC from a roadside test and you do only blow once
- being below a "G" limit as you mention means nothing, what is relevant is the BAC for the particular class of licence you hold at the time of the stop
**might want to check with MTO, some licences remain ...

Re: Underglow Lighting
IMHO I would not put red lights underneath, if anyone can see them from say a hydro pole away, I would suggest that is casting light forward, if there happens to be a puddle, wet surface or our infamous snow also reflects light very well.
or add a switch so if you want to "show" your car in parking lots/shows you can turn on the underglow and then ...

Re: Do radars need certified calibration
1990. Radar has changed since then so I'll give that a try. .
radar principles have not changed, only difference is in the radar unit itself in that they have more functions built into the units to in isolate targets better (ie same direction targets, opposite direction targets, targets coming towards, targets going away), where as the early ...

Re: Stay or Adjournment?
some of us on here can decipher notes very well, you can scan and add it we can most likely tell you what it means and will clear up the situation. just remove and/or blank out licence plate/your info and officer ID
and it takes more than just reading a manual to be able to operate the units

further, most if not all insurance companies fine print states insurance is void on a "closed hwy", so even if you hit a deer you might be in for a hefty body repair bill

Re: I'm thinking of taking some BIG RISKS-please help
a few things come to mind here...
- potentially if you were even to strike a "deer" or someone hits you, your insurance might have a clause in the agreement that no coverage will be paid, so you would be out your vehicle, then if injuries to someone else, seems like a huge liability there
here is HTA OREG 340/94

Re: Is there any product / service that could....
Interesting. Ive also seen apps where you mount your phone to the windshield so that it will record your driving in real time with the GPS speed superimposed. Mix that with the OBD2 data and I think youd have a pretty good argument. Of course the difficulty would be explaining the technology to the Courts and getting it admitted.
