. The officers that showed up the day of the accident had reported it as a non reportable accident
If it was a "non-reportable" the officers would not have handed you a pamphlet and told you to go the Collision Reporting Centre.

Simple as that. :?

HTA OREG 628 13(2)
A dealer number plate may be used only on a motor vehicle that is owned, by the person to whom the Dealer permit corresponding to the number plate is issued, as part of the inventory.

once the police complete a "traffic report", which is a simply a collision report...from there it goes to the MTO where the info is uploaded on the driving history of those on the report.

Take the receipt from the court and then go to the MTO. I would think there should be some sort of reference to the suspension # on the court receipt, so the MTO will know that it is paid in full and you can then just pay the reinstatement fee.

did you request disclosure yet? ultimately the longer you wait to resolve the ticket the longer it will be on your record. It's from the conviction date not the date of the ticket. So if this doesn't get resolved until March 20, this ticket will be on your record from that date.

The driving record is added via the date of the offence and the ...

And DUI -drive under influence is not a traffic offence, it is criminal offence which is much much worse than careless drive.
So, get some money and find a good lawyer.

this is NOT a criminal DUI case.
This is simply a 3 day suspension (Provincial) for being in the "warn" range which is 50 to 99mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
