Temporary HOV - ticket wrong birthdate
Hi,
I got a ticket for improper use of the temporary HOV lane on QEW. On the ticket my birthdate is completely wrong (year, month, day).
As soon as I got into the lane the police car was behind me. From a paralegal I was told that you are allowed to use the HOV lane for upto 50m, but I am unable to find this in the HTA.
Would the ticket get thrown out on the wrong birth date? Or can someone tell me where I should look to find out more information on the HTA that delays with the HOV lane.

The ticket will not be quashed for having the wrong DOB, it could be used to diminish the credibility of the officer at trial.
