How do I report a noisy muffler owner ?
Hi,
I live in a quiet neighborhood and it's very disgusting to have someone driving around days and nights on his dark car making extremely loud noise (guess what ? I hear him right now, typing this text...)
It is an offence under the HTA to operate a vehicle like that.
I managed to note the license plate. How do I report this kind of offence ?

Call the Toronto Police division that is responsible for your neighbourhood. This website should provide some answers in that regard: www.torontopolice.on.ca
Realistically... there isn't much chance that they'll do anything about it, but you can try.

I'll call the police just to seek their advice first of all. Shall see if they have something to say about this situation.
