Re: FAILING TO STOP AT ALL WAY STOP

I'm assuming this is for a traffic control signal intersection, where one of two things happened. 1) HTA S.144 (21) Flashing red light — fail to stop $110 fine + 3 demerit points 2) HTA S.135 (2) Fail to yield — uncontrolled intersection $110 fine + 3 demerit points http://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-dr ... e16525614/ If the lights are completely out, you don't legally have to stop if there are no other vehicles inside or approaching the intersection from your right. However, treating the intersection as a "four-way" stop could save your life. Cool Video: http://youtu.be/WPhl5T6FwhI
