Can a warning ticket be turned into an actual ticket if contesting another issued ticket at the same time?
Not sure if my title was clear enough... that said I received a warning for speeding and a ticket for a moving violation.
The moving violation ticket is 2 points so I would like to contest it, however I am unsure if the speeding warning can be "recalled" into a ticket if I contest the other violation?

I have been driving for over 10 years without any tickets and accidents what so ever. Unfortunately my luck ran out this past Friday; when the officer pulled me over doing 80 in a 50 zone in Mississauga, Ontario.
