Fail to obey stop sign but payment due left blank
Need advise, I made a right hand turn at a stop sign without stopping. Was issued ticket 136 (1)... for fail to stop... but the offence amount and payment due lines were left blank. Looks like the officer just forget to fill in this area or is trying to give me a way out? Should I try to meet with the prosecutor, I'm afraid he will just fill in the proper amount. I was driving my father-in-laws vehicle so is it his insurance the one to be affected?
