HTA 144(12) Green light failed to proceed
Got a ticket because i was playing with my MP3 Player in the car when light turned green while I had not realized. No cars were behind me. Cop who was on the other side of the intersection stopped me and gave a ticked he thought i was texting but I was not, I was changing the songs on my car stero.
Its 85 $ ticket, not sure about points.
What are my options?

Looks like you got a break in that they gave you the cheaper fine.
