Sick Speeding Ticket
My wife had an unexpected reaction to her medication; upset stomach, nausea. She need a restroom right away so I sped up to get to a gas station. Officer pulled me over at 115 in an 80. She told her she was going to be sick and showed her what she was taking. Didn't except our excuse. Told me to take it to court. I saw prosecutor today and he reduced it to $90.00 with 3 pts. if I plea guilty. What are my chances if I plead guilty with an explanation? I need my lic clean since I'm switching jobs.

If you plead guilty with an explanation before a JP all they can do is lower the dollar amount of the fine in consideration of your circumstance and ability to pay. They can not withdraw or lower the charge. If that's what you're looking for you're going to have to seek a resolution meeting with the crown.
NOTHING I SAY ON HERE IS LEGAL ADVICE.
