Can My Still Fight A Charge My Paid For?
He got charged for DUI last april and he's having trouble finding insurance. Could he still fight it in anyway or something?

Impaired operation is a criminal offence, not a provincial Highway Traffic Act offence. Your friend should consult with a lawyer.
