Ok, I got photographed going through a red light camera in Hamilton on November 30 2011. I received the notice today November 16. The strange thing is the notice indicates the signature of the officer swearing that the offence was commited, his officer number and the date of December 21 2011 which is next week. So he is certifying something on a date in the future. My question is, should I go to the court on then 19th and show this to them and indicate the error, telling them that I may go to trial based on this error?

I just received a parking ticket for parking outside of the space, to me that is crazy because I was parked in the corner of the lot, was not blocking anyone or a through way, so I thought there is no harm. I've seen people park there all day and not get a ticket.
