I was making right turn from raylawson to mavis in brampton on aug 3 -12.i did stop behind stop line more than 4 second.cop pulled me approximately 1.5 kms from that intersection.he ask me 4 times "did u stop at red light'.i said "yes sir".he gave me two tickets.one fail to stop at red light 144(18).second INTERFERE WITH TRAFFIC 170(12).where he pulled me construcion going on that road.location on both tickets is MAVIS & RAYLAWSON.TIME IS 3.25 ON BOTH.I already requisted discloers.ANY ADVICE.this is my first traffic ticket in 17 years.my trail date is 1st week in nov-12.
