Pay your expired fee.
Choose option 2(meet the person)

Re: Following to Closely to a unmarked Cop Car

I'm sure the officer didn't lock up the brakes as the lights/siren were activated.

As per 1 car length behind? = WOW
A car is usually 5-6 metres in length.
Speed of just 50km/hr and vehicle travels 13.8 m every second
Speed of 60 km/hr and vehicle travels 16.6 m every second
Speed of 70 km/hr and vehicle travels is 19.4 m every second

Re: G2 w/ BAC above 0...this is a nightmare

The number used on the course is 15-20 mg/100ml alcohol elimination rate.

I forgot where it comes from but the second test does not have to take place at the station. It can be with a second roadside device. So the answer is maybe depending on where the nearest instrument is.

Re: G2 w/ BAC above 0...this is a nightmare

It falls under section 48 of the HTA.

Screening device, instrument used for second analysis
(6.1) The second analysis must be performed with a different approved screening device than was used in the analysis under subsection (2) or, if the police officer thinks it is preferable, with an instrument approved as suitable for the purpose of section ...

And 1 glass of wine, a true legit size would be gone within one hour after the final sip, Not the 5 clear hours you advised us and 0.019 is also higher than one typical glass of wine

I was under the impression "that the roadside machine" only gave an indication of alcohol present I did not know that it could give
an exact #.

Re: Help: Careless Driving

Here is my situation:

Around 8:30PM a few days ago, I stopped at intersection on left lane, waiting for green light, there was another car in front of me, the light turned green, on the right lane, two cars already passed, I released my brake thought the other car would move but it didn't, I ended up rear-ended the other car in front of me, since ...

Re: Regulations for motorized bicycles?

I owned one many years ago. It was a Hercules model.(it would go 100 miles on a tank) tank held 3 liters.

Rules at that time :::none::::

Except engine must be under 50 cc and pedals working and top speed of 28 kph.

The rules have changed.
Back then it was no different then a bicycle.

This is what I would do;

Attend on the date - when called for trial stand and state clearly and calmly (the tape must pick up what's said) - 'your worship' on these dates and times we have attend court and/or spoken with the prosecutor in an effort to obtain disclosure - to date, no disclosure has been provided. Therefore, I am bringing a motion ...

From there turn left and go east. At dunfield you will see a similar sign. The white stop line ends in the middle of a driveway.

No worries just curious.

Re: what is the definition of an intersection?

On Soudan east off Holley going east (toronto). I always wondered about this sign/road line.
At dunfield there is a stop sign on the hydro pole about 3 meters before the stop line.
The stop line is equal with the middle of a driveway.

Most cars just slow down anyway (not really stopping)but I was always curious about the correct place to stop.
So ...

Re: Went threw Red Light Camera last night, couple of Questi

Some of these count-down timers go to a flashing red. Then the traffic light goes yellow/red.

Some traffic lights are totally different. Extended green for left turns is e.g.

Your best bet is a lower fine.
