I have made this error before. Usually within the first couple weeks of a new year and the court is understanding with that type of thing.
On other occassions, I would get a photocopy of the ticket back in my diary slot at work, with *voided* wrote on it with the date "highlited". Just to let me know I messed up.

Re: Interpretation of reasonable inspection upon the demand
In our area, we have officers threatened on the highway, threatening notes left on garbage bags in a uturn, homemade steel spike belts placed in uturns and threatening phone calls.
I can't believe this s***!!! It's not the constable's fault that he has to do his job based on the guidelines that come from higher up above. In any case, even if he ...

Think you would have to mail in the request for trial or show up, so there is at least a tracking history of it.

I do remember, in class we learned of a landmark case that the supreme court stated that proving of licensing and insurance is a search, and stopping a vehicle is a seizure. I cannot find this case as I do not know where too look. I asked a member of the TPS and she stated that she knew of such case, and when it was brought forth all the TPS ...

Driving under suspension is HTA only not a Criminal offence, so do not worry on that part.

"confuse" identity of plate is what the tint is doing. Ontario plates furnished by the Ministry are white. Not blue, pink, gray, yellow.
Obstruct plate is having the bicycle rack and 4 bicycles, preventing the clear view of the plate.

Lots of illegal items one can buy a put on a car. Most such as plate covers have a warning on the package to consult local state and provincial laws prior to application. A couple companies also indicate items are for "off-road" use only.

Time = would be the time on the offence notice
Where: would be the location on the offence notice.
The plane does whatever it does, radios to a cruiser on the very next ramp maintain commmunication (plane/cruiser) until the target vehicle is stopped.

Are officers suppose to give you a certain amount of time to produce your stub?

So lets say your on the highway going 125 and someone butts infront of you at 105.
What are you to do????.
You slow down and then have to drive a speed that someone else is comfortable with. However, IMHO this is now a unsafe lane change if you had to immediately hit your brakes to avoid a collision.
