yeah, that is another one through-out the HTA....varying metres...30, 60, 100, 150m.....just make it all the same thru the whole legislation....or maybe reference it to the respective speed zones.....
ie: 50km zone is 50m, 60km zone is 60m etc...

Re: Car Windows Tints allowance in Ontario (mississauga, gta, etc)
The car colour has nothing to with window tint.
The interior colour has nothing to do with window tint.
Just goes back to my suggested reason that tint can not be too dark, you have to see pedestrians, bicycles and other vehicles. This does not mean the "deer in the headlights" look  (looking forward), but having to check left, right while ...

This country is more concearned with young people having a life, than murders...
Murders kill people and get parole in 7 years, A young person gets a driving offence, and is screwed for 5 years in the case of a ticket and 6 years in the case of an accident..

Re: Car Windows Tints allowance in Ontario (mississauga, gta, etc)
Tint law is in place for one main reasons that I can think of:
1) Driver has to be able to sufficiently see out (especially at night, have to be able to see the bicycle, pedestrian etc..)
I have a problem with this statement. Just because you cannot see into my car does not mean I cannot see out. Does this mean my autodarkening mirror is ...

When a person sends in the request to challenge the evidence it obviously goes to the court. When the court makes up the trial notice they send a copy to the officer at the same time. So then the officer seeing the trial notice will now have to go thru the process of putting together the disclosure and submitting it back to court. In the meantime ...

Was the intent of "proceed only in the direction of the arrow" not written in there to prevent drivers from seeing the arrow but proceeding straight through, "disobeying the arrow," so to speak?

yes, interesting to see. Guess even more reason to have red light cameras at every light. And another reason not to "jump" on a green, as someone is probably coming thru a red.
Only part is that the guy admitted to "accelerating" on a yellow.....which is contrary to slow down and proceed with caution.

Radar units are not "built in". Radar is on a mount that is bolted to the dash.
