Re: Using nitrous on a drag strip or racing event
It's private property. That's up to the owners. They'll have officials that will inspect your vehicle either way. If they allow it, you'll have follow particular safety guidelines and make sure the racing class type allows it. They used to mark cars with nitrous for the emergency responders incase of an accident

Re: DRIVE - HANDHELD COMMUNICATION DEVICE - chances not to get 3 demerit points?
By the sound of it, you're a G2 driver. The problem here is that you're on driving probation.
Within the last year or two, they've made no handheld devices practically a condition on your novice license, hence the 30 day suspension.
There is no equivalent charge that would be lower than a handheld device charge. It is not likely that they'll ...

It's hard to read what your argument is here. I'm not sure what your Canadian Tire receipts or rental car have to do with anything.
Are you saying that you were late to work? It's irrelevant.
You're still likely to get a reduced charge, something like 29 over. If you're going to pay someone, you might as well do it yourself. They're just going to ...

When did he receive the speeding ticket? Demerit points last 2 years from the day you receive your ticket. If you need to stretch it out, you can ask for a court date and that might push you over the 2 year mark on your last ticket.

Bend,You seem to always respond by supporting the actions of the police and offer little advise in the way of defence.Sometimes ,Bend, yes, officers do make mistakes.
I would disagree. By providing this person with what is and isn't a defense, it is defense advice.

Re: issued 4 tickets after road rage citizen attempts to confront me
All four of your tickets have nothing to do with this road rage incident.
You rolled a stop sign in front of a cop.
Your sticker has to be visible. If it's been damaged, you have to go to Service Ontario and they'll give you a new one.
Plate covers aren't legal on Ontario roads. Nothing can obstruct your plate, not a clear cover, or even worse ...

It wont state bumper. It'll say front and rear. The front or rear may not be the bumper depending on obstructions (guards, racks, spare tires), it might be your tailgate, or even the portion of a trunk that extends to the rear. That is why it doesn't say bumper.

Re: Left turn - failure to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid collision. How should I proceed?
Onus is on the driver to turn when it is safe to do so, regardless of other drivers using turn signals. I think that confuses some drivers the most. You just have to assume the other driver wont turn.

The reality here is that you never had a full license. You had a novice class license. Everyone has 5 years to complete the graduated licensing program. If not, you start over.

I was told at the registry that it goes on top corner of the BACK plate.
My truck is not a commercial vehicle and I can't find anywhere in the traffic act that says a personal vehicle's plate sticker ...

Was this in Toronto? If so, there's no court for parking tickets anymore. They went to a new "review" system last year.
