At this point, its a little late to file for a disclosure to see what evidence the officer has against her, and base your argument against that. Best thing to do is show up and hope that the officer doesn't show up, otherwise, if he does, just apologize, say it was an honest mistake, you will probably get it reduced to a lower charge.

That's actually worse. If the ministry feels that you are unfit to drive, following Doctors Medical Records, they could suspend your license.

Just wondering what does the stop sign have to do with the ticket? Were you charged with Disobey Sign or Disobey Stop Sign? Either way, you HAVE to obey BOTH signs. Just take it to trial, and follow what ynotp said.

You would have to have applied for it before the G2 expired. Once the license is expired, you have to start from scratch. See attached link for more info.

I would not do anything, and if you receive a conviction notice in the mail, just appeal it saying you never received the ticket. When you go to court show the prosecutor the ticket you received. That's just what I would do, I physically never received the ticket, so how do I fight something I never got?

I got my disclosure (Both sides of ticket as well as typed hand written notes). So, Update here. I did not drive on the roads because I was worried about this, and after I read the first comment, I took out those bulbs, and replaced them with white bulbs. I know its supposed to be amber, but to be on the safe side, they can't charge me for white lights.
