Forcing a fatal flaw

Unread post by ticketholder »

Hello, I received a traffic ticket for disobeying stop sign and the ticket says 'DISOBEY STOP SIGN - FOIL TO STOP' instead of 'FAIL' and I know this isn't a fatal flaw, but if I choose to not respond to the ticket (ie not do anything after 15 days), will this misspell become a fatal flaw? I know the Justice has to review the traffic ticket and if there is any error on it, it cannot be corrected and small errors can become fatal. I only have 2 more days to respond to the ticket so any input is greatly appreciated!
