Ticket Not Showing Up Online Ticket Search Need Some Recommendation

Unread post by Jivenchi »

Hi everyone,

I have recently received my first speeding ticket in 5 years of driving doing 75 in a 50 zone, just trying to figure out what to do. I have contacted some paralegals but came through to this forum have read that if the ticket is not filed there is a higher chance the ticket will be dismissed. I was wondering if I cannot search the ticket online does that mean the officer did not file the ticket with the court?

Any help and recommendation will be appreciated

Thanks!

it may be that due to covid they may not be in the system or extended,

my post on a red light camera ticket is not in the system

--------------------------------------------------------------
* NO you cant touch your phone
* Speeding is speeding
* Challenge every ticket
* Impaired driving, you should be locked up UNDER the jail

I think all tickets are on hold till the extension is over, in october,

If you don't have a paralegal, I can recommend StreetLegal,

they got my wife out of a speeding ticket, God knows how

BUT you really have to be on top of them, and make sure the know

you DO NOT want a resolution but no ticket, even if you have to go to court

or delay, so it gets thrown out

wife was on her 3rd speeding ticket

Lots of good advice here, but at the moment I don't know what you can or can't do in the system due to covid

an old saying here, is "fight every ticket", don't wait till your on ticket number 2 or 3, never ever get a 1st ticket...
