You could file an 11(b) for delay or a motion to stay the charges based on lack of disclosure, or both.

Stay the the charges means to have another court date or charges dismissed?...I just worried about my driver abstract I cannot have a careless charge on my record,if I accept a lesser charge (I crossed the center line and caused a non injury accident) what reduce charges you think I should accept that wont impact my insurance.I have a spotless record and am over 30 years old.
