2nd Dui

by: bahummbugg on

On my prohibition order it says my licesne is suspended for 1 year. When the year was up and i tried to reinstate my license they said my license is suspended for 2 more years. Im just wondering if the mistake they made on my prohibition order would be beneficial to me in getting my license back sooner.

as pointed out by paul1913 - prohibition order is a criminal licence suspension and the province adds on a suspension on top, and length of the provincial suspension varies pending on your driving history in relation to DUI
