Question 2nd offence.

I was caught for the 2nd time driving while suspended for unpaid fines..Whats the odds of jail time? Is it common? Thanks!

Here it is usually 15 days in jail. OPS

You may avoid jail depending on your current situation. Did you pay all ourstanding fines? Did you get your licence reinstated? All of these will help.

Oh yeah,,I forgot.. It is jail if the second driving under suspension is related to the first. IE the fines are unpaid or the suspension is the result of a conviction for driving under suspension. ops
