You are wasting your time. Whether or not the tow truck driver told you he was going to call the police or not isn't an issue.
Your alleged careless driving isn't the tow truck drivers fault. You admit you lost control.

Re: misspelled offence for failing to stop at a stop sign
The a does not look like an o; it is an o. The policeman wrote in capitals so the a's and o's are obvious. For example, he wrote 'HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT' and 'FOIL' so it is very clear that is an O.
It doesn't matter either way. It would be best to save your resources elsewhere because this argument isn't going to benefit you.

Re: misspelled offence for failing to stop at a stop sign
1. Is it a fatal flaw that it says 'foil' instead of 'fail'? A pretty significant word to misspell.
No. An "a" that looks like an "o" is not significant.
3. Is it worth a shot to meet and attempt to reduce the ticket to a charge that just carries a fine? I read that even if the prosecutor drops the demerit points on the ticket, the insurance ...

You weren't charged against the "Ontario Traffic Manual". The Ontario Traffic Manual Books and/or the Official Government Driving Handbook are simply guides. OTM for traffic practitioners and the Handbook for new drivers. They are not a defense to Highway Traffic Act violations. If you have an issue with the information provided in these guides ...

Re: G2 License - 125 in 80 zone
Requesting a trial leaves all doors open. You can plead guilty later on, have a chance to be offered a deal, and/or go to trial.
Request a trial, make a request for disclosure, and there's a good chance you'll be offered a plea deal for under 30km. Since you risk being suspended, it would probably be in your interest to bite the bullet and accept ...

Re: No parking except permit, but no sign posted!
Hey,
I entered a street from the east, and drove west. I saw a sign that said parking was enforced until 9pm and about 5 meters west the sign i parked infront of a pay station. The sign post nor the pay station said anything about a permit after 12:01am. I paid went back in the direction in which i came.

Need some advice please. :(
144(5) A driver who is directed by a traffic control signal erected at an intersection to stop his or her vehicle shall stop.... etc
Should you request a trial, you can start by requesting disclosure once you get your Notice of Trial

Re: Speeding... 68 over School Zone.. By my Dash Cam say 65
I got 2 Questions. He put an "R" in my ticket. Do you think I can still get a reduction to 65?
Whether or not your ticket gets reduced to 65 isn't going to be because of your video, it'll be because they are willing to reduce your charge for admission of guilt.
No one knows how that speed was calculated. Assuming it's just GPS, it's definitely ...

Re: disclosure not received
We're talking about a month.
No side is going to be at fault. You filed in a reasonable amount of time and the prosecutor needs time to review your disclosure and provide you with what is reasonable. Throw in the days it sits in the mail box and the requests that came in before yours. 6-8 weeks would probably be a reasonable amount of time before ...

I was driving in cruise at 83 kms on a posted 80kms highway.. Just two lanes, one going each way.. I caught up to the truck in front of me but he was driving erractically. First 80 kms, then 79, 83, 81, 79, etc.. I had to keep braking so I kept a safe distance between us..
