You can't prove that you had your cruise control on, would be nice though.
Give the full description of the event when you fight the ticket. You'll have to question the officer as to what he saw. You'll get some details with the disclosure and his notes.

To be honest i didn't even see him, he was stationary im guessing as i passed an OPP station in Minesing. (why would i speed past an opp station)

We have covered in previous posts why police travel at higher speeds, read 130 and up, without their lights on. And bear said, not every cop on the road is looking for speeders. Have you noticed that you rarely see an officer during rush hour???

Meanwhile, showing that the street racing law is a huge deterrent :roll: the Toronto Police caught the driver of a Mercedes-Benz going 231 km/h on the Don Valley Parkway yesterday morning. :shock:

Sorry - the ticket is for "fail to yield from driveway" and does not have a subsection written in. It seems that this subsection error may be an out for her?? I spoke to the other party and they tell me they weren't charged for anything. They want to know if I want to pay for the damage to their vehicle or go thru insurance.
