Do yourself a favour and get in touch with video services. However, if there is a video then it should have come with the disclosure package.

Re: Fail to obey signs when passing an OPP cruiser
It still remains that the officer was holding up the "normal" flow of traffic. Numeric speed limits are not at issue here. Flow is flow. Any person, and I mean any, should be looking in their rearview mirror and see if there is a line up of cars behind them. If there is, move the hell over. I do believe that the more vehicles in close proximity, i ...

Re: insufficient data on speeding ticket.
There must still be some kind of jurisdiction needed?(no?)
OPP can arrest/enforce anywhere in Ontario, no questions...... i.e. the officer in the traffic plane, he flies over the 401, 400 and 11.......and has to testify in all the regions. Local officers, i.e. Toronto Police, have never bothered me on a 4-series highway.

Re: HTA172 and police conduct
Given the 134 kilometres between the detachment and Queen's Park and the timeline Donnelly provided, MacKenzie said Tapp couldn't have driven more than 50 km/h over the speed limit.
So, they left at 3:37 and arrived at 4:45.........68 minutes. 120 km/h=2km per minute. 134 divide by 2= 67 minutes. DVP = 90 km/h

TC...speaking of face value of a PON. What about the signature? I have two ways of thinking on this.
1) Sign the top copy, identical signature is complete thru each layer of the PON, thus all are original and identical
or
2) Rip out the defendants copy and sign it in ink, then sign the top of the PON, thru the remaining copies. But does this then ...

I do not know that. I have heard the usual going with "the flow" blah blah blah defence heard in court thou, with a conviction still at the clocked speed. JP basically indicated that just b/c ...

I got a ticket 3+ years ago in another province. No tickets in ontario ever.
I do intend to get there early to speak to the prosecutor, but do I check the INTEND TO CHALLENGE? or not?

Re: Explanation of "I intend to challenge" phrase plea
If i show up at the given trial date early, don't get that opportunity to speak to the prosecutor then?
I have no idea how to answer the "intend to challenge" checkbox if i indeed check option 3.
Check option 3 and talk to the prosocuter before the trial. If they agree to what you're asking they will do all the talking. Is your record clean?

Your address can be fixed in court. If the location of the infraction is wrong then you have a case to have the ticket thrown out.
