Well depends on the private property. Many business have given the police agent status. So did many apartment complexes. So if you cannot provide a legitimate reason for being there you can be trespassed which is arrestable.

The last liscencr you had is a g1 so that is what you will get back. Depending on how long expired you may need to do the exam over. If not after you pay the fines and reinstatement fee I think the dl is back in good standing in 48 hrs.

Tickets are not what determines fault to insurance companies.

I know the basics such as speeding, careless driving, stop signs etc as to what has points but I do not know every charge that has points and I do not know the points associated with them. only way to avoid the fine is to get the insurance to provide a letter saying it was insured. It is them you need to convince. No insurance is reverse onus,,,You need to prove it was insured and it required a letter from your insurance company to do that.

That is not a raised median per the HTA. A raised median is one of those barriers like on the 400 Series highways, they are a few feet high and have to stop cars and students from crossing.

I am not following. If you got the disclosure on the reduced charge and they amend it to the original the disclosure is still the same. So how can it be fought on improper disclosure.
Note i have see that tried before here and the JP agreed that the disclosure is the same therefore lets go to trial.

So 60 in a 40 school zone is fine? You did say 20 over was fine.
Just because a cop does not pull you over does not make it fine contrary to what you think.
Not everyone gets a ticket when they are stopped. Perhaps your attitude convinced the cop that he should not exercise any discretion.

I fail to see how a slowing bus with no signal that you are behind could make you feel unsafe. You could have just stopped and let the bus proceed.

Here third conviction is 45 days in Jail. You do not show up for the trial and they issue a committal warrant upon conviction meaning what ever police service in Ontario who stop you take you to the nearest Provincial jail to serve it.

Belts and stuff and noises from the engine will not stop you from braking. Brakes are a completely independent system from the drive train. That is why your brakes still work when the engine is off.

It is Quebec and their Civil Code. Crazy *EDIT* happens there.
I got my car towed one time and had to pay the driver 150 to tell me where it was taken. The moved it 3 blocks away. According to the Montreal Police this is how it is done. They have the most confusing parking regulations I have ever see written on signs.

I maybe wrong but I think Quebec still issues warrant for non payment of tickets. If you do not pay it and go back to Quebec you could be arrested.
We see a lot of drivers on Ottawa that are wanted in Quebec only for their infractions. They will not return from outside Quebec but will arrest if in Quebec
