Unread post by pretender4 »

HI all, quick question, cop said i didnt stop at stop sign, ticket given but he only signed his 1st name and the inital of his last on the ticket, should it not be a full signature, and is that enough to get it quashed? thanx!!

Since when does a signature require the full name? Mine is just my initials with a unique scribble in between , not even a first name.
