Statute Of Limitations Unpaid Speeding Ticket
I haven't had Ontario drivers license for 7+ years, was suspended for unpaid fine, that fine is still unpaid 7 years later. would i have too still pay that fine if i went to apply for license now? or pay any penalty?
also how long can i go without a license before i have to got tho graduated license?

There is no statute of limitations, if you are suspended for an unpaid fine the suspension is indefinite. To get your licence back you are still going to have to pay the outstanding fine and also the licence reinstatement fee. As for graduated licencing you will have to do that because you have let your licence lapse for so long. You are most likely listed as suspended and unrenewable which means you will have to start from scratch once your licence number is back in good standing.
