What recourse is there, if any, after purchasing a new/used vehicle in the province of Ontario when the dealership does not immediately provide you with the ownership and plate portion of the registation of the vehicle purchased and allows said vehical to be driven off it's lot. Side note: Insurance was validated and in full force at the time of the seller taking possession of said motor vehicle. Can the dealership be in troble for allowing this to happen and telling the buyer that "it'll be OK so long as you don't get pulled over"?
