I am disputing a Careless Driving charge that I got 12 March 2011. It was result of an accident. I have gone personally to the court and requested disclosure. I received a copy of the accident report. I requested it again and got nothing. I again requested disclosure again this time stating I am asking for any statements as well as a copy of the officers notes[ this was written on the form and again done in person]. I received a fax back with the accident report again and a note stating that this is all the disclosure and if there are any questions they should be addressed at Court which is coming up in October. I know that disclosure can vary from one jurisdiction to another but was wondering if this is the norm in Durham. Any input would be helpful. Thanks
