Take a read through the forums, there's lots of advice on speeding tickets and common defense strategies. You'll also want to request disclosure and see what the actual evidence against you is for more specific advice on defense strategies. Another option is to try and get a plea deal, such as agreeing to plead out to the licence restriction charge in exchange for the speeding being dropped.

How bad is your eye sight? How were you driving then if you could not see? My point is that if you can drive with out corrective lenses maybe go back to the MTO and do the test again to get the restriction off your licence. Otherwise think you should just do a plea.
