I decided it was a good idea to bring a friend with me yesterday. From January to August 11th between the two of us we have sent no less than 8 requests for additional disclosure, all of which were ignored. No replies whatsoever.

So we get called up. The Justice spends a few minutes trying to determine who my friend is, and why he is ...

i would have to argue that there was no stop.

The house in question was being monitored by police because of complaints with teenagers. Police were simply trying to identify people at the door.

They also retrieved the drivers licence from the car during the detainment in the police car.

after stopping in front of a house, turn car off, exit and walk up sidewalk, officer standing there asks for identification. Officer was asked if he was making an arrest, replied that yes he is now.

After arrest and short stay in rear of cruiser, was released and given ticket in thread title.

So im heading west on a 2 lane, limit is 80. Its a road notorious for people doing 60-70. Its the main road that takes me out of town, usualy when i turn onto it i catch up with the next guy.
