ok so whats the differance between Stunt Driving Street Racing And Speeding It seems to be initially obvious but reading these forums al ot of people are being charged with Stunt when it looks like Speeding? Thanks

And Speeding

Speeding is covered under S.128 of the HTA, travelling +1 km/hr over the posted limit = guilty. http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statut ... .htm#BK198 Stunt/Street Racing is covered under S.172 of the HTA http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/regs/e ... Definition, "stunt" 3. For the purposes of section 172 of the Act, "stunt" includes any activity where one or more persons engage in any of the following driving behaviours: 7. Driving a motor vehicle at a rate of speed that is 50 kilometres per hour or more over the speed limit.[/quote]Street Racing appears to require more than one vehicle, whereas Stunt Driving can be done solo.

If someone was more than 50 over we were directed by crown to lay both a stunt charge and a speeding charge.
