option 2 the cop does have not to show up.(as you admit guilt)
As to you had to turn
Was the ticket better then the other?(ie nothing)
You messed up and got caught.
I only help because I think you may have learned a lesson.

Re: Improper left turn with Failing to provide Motor owner T
If you want to get one of the charges dropped, you'll have to work out a plea deal with the Crown. Quite likely they would be willing to drop the ownership charge if you plead to the improper turn. You can either request a pre trial resolution meeting or try to work something out the day of the trial.

Re: flashing headlights'.
I live out in that direction too but I only ever rarely see anyone be so bold as to flash their headlights at another motorist.
I have driven in a few different countries. They will blink the lights if they want to pass in the fast lane and wait for you to pull over.
Here they blink then attempt to go around you?(no time to move over)

Funny how I can see the cop in the video.
I agree with RI those markings are not valid with HTA
But to do that in front of a cop is not a good idea.

I hate driving close to the car ahead.
It never gets anyone there quicker then a minute or 2.
It happened again last night.
I was in slow lane a bit over posted speed.(but about 7 car lengths back)100 k zone.
When I took drivers education the rule was 1 car length per 10 mph(16 kph)

flashing headlights'.
I have noticed that a lot people like to flick their headlights.
I tend to drive in the right lane and follow the posted speed.
Well tonight:
1/ I am doing over the posted 60 in the slow lane.
She starts flashing her high beams. Her problem is that I used 5 car lengths as my safety
gauge.
2/ Again in slow lane.(401)

"His notes and the page I got in my disclosure were completely different"
I think you lucked out there.
How can you plan a defense not knowing what they have?
I think if you attend court and say not guilty that it will be dropped.
Or more likely dropped before you can say any-thing.
Just my thought

Hi!
Need some advice. Know I am in big trouble here and am looking for some helpful advice.
I travel constantly for work and will lose my job if my licence gets suspended for 6 months.
Got stopped by the police after they ran my plate and it came up as the registered owner had a suspended licence. No other tickets were issued, but I got a ...

Re: Multiple Parking tickets on quiet cul-de-sac/no possible
At least five neighbours and I have the same problem. We all live on a small, quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac in Scarborough where we all get along and enjoy each other's company and bother no one. No one, apparently, other than one person on our court. We have been hit by a storm of parking tickets in the past couple years, with this year being the ...

Re: Additional Lighting
Hey all
I am getting a minibus soon,I am planning on adding additional fog lights etc to the front. I know I can only add white or amber but what other restrictions do I have to compile with?
I am also adding additional break and turn indicators to side and rear, again any issues?
