That's okay we'll just keep coming up with new ones. :P And really, how many other officers have browsed this website to educate themselves and others? Maybe...what... one? Two? (Picture this at OPC: "Your new mandatory reading is ontariohighwaytrafficact.com.")
Jeez, I think that there is more text here now than in the entire Ontario ...

If you had your vehicle impounded, then you were charged with "Racing" (ss 172), which is even more serious than just simple "Speeding 50+". RI has some excellent points, follow the advice.
PS: I moved the post to "Racing" category to reflect proper charge.

No, you do not need to order the trial in French for that purpose. If you speak French, however, you can ask for the trial to be held in French anyways - that should give you more time to prepare.

Re: Volunteer/'civilian' positions within OPP?
I did some google search, and google came up with capacity of 60 Amp-Hours at 12 V for a standard battery.
12 V x 60 Ah = 720 Watt-Hours, which could power up my desktop with a monitor for a good 2 hours lol.
Should a spare battery be installed, that would double the capacity of the batteries. I dunno what the equipment draws, but my estimates ...

You can file for disclosure by either coming in person or by sending letter to the courthouse on the back of the ticket. Same address for "earliest possible trial".

Might wanna fill out the form on the bottom of the site. 50+ is 6 points, and that will wreak havoc to your insurance rates (they will most likely more than double)

Perhaps using the suspension pay to recoup those losses could do the trick?...nothing can make up for the $950 he had to pay the tow truck company and the hundreds of dollars he spent on taxis for the week his car was impounded...

Re: Lidar - Multiple User Testing
Their roads are *EDIT*, and in the two years I lived in Detroit I blew three tires, wrecked my suspension and even cracked an axle. Granted, it was an older car, but driving on some roads (Michigan Avenue, I-696, the Lodge Freeway until they re-paved it, etc) was like getting thrown in a paint shaker. People have literally blown airbags going over ...

I'd think that they would use video to double-check their finding. I might be wrong though.

Yer are ignoring all those poor blokes with standard transmission. Hard to drive in 1-st gear all the time.tdrive2 wrote:Why don't we also make a law requiring two hands on the wheel at the same time. By allowing hands free this doesn't address the fact people are not paying attention.

Anyway, the main things you want from the book are things like the case law and procedural notes. I don't see why a photocopy of the critical parts of the book, with their pages and the bibliography of it, wouldn't suffice. If it was really necessary... you could get a Commissioner of Oaths to stamp the photocopy with your statement that it is a ...

I used to weigh over 225 pounds... Having made no change in diet, I lost 40 pounds just by changing up when I eat - more at breakfast, and tiny supper. Now I can do 15 pull-ups.
